-Factors that influence where we live
- Remote living
-Features of neighbourhoods
- What makes a place liveable
-Impact of environmental quality and access to services
Using Maps Content:
-Area reference
-Compass direction
-Latitude & Longitude
Skills:
-Multiple choice questions
-True or False questions
-Viewing maps
- Definitions
-Sketch maps
-Writing to explain in an extended response
-Writing a PEEL paragraph

Examination Procedures:
-Arrive on time
-Be prepared with a pen and a ruler
-Be prepared mentally – think calm thoughts
-Line up outside without talking
-Directed to enter – spaced out seating
-Exam paper will be face down on desk
-Wait until I give the direction to Turn the paper over and write your name.
-Stay seated
-Skip any questions if you are unsure – come back to them later
-Try your very best
-No talking will be tolerated during the exam (3 Warnings = sent to HT, parents called, you receive zero)
-Be considerate of others
